    Jill Lyndes & Madison McCann

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Yin Yoga combined with the healing power of sound. This unique experience led by Jill Lyndes and Maddy McCann will guide you through a slow-flowing sequence of Yin Yoga poses, where we’ll hold each posture to encourage deep release and relaxation.

As you settle into each pose, the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls will wash over you, supporting your journey into stillness and self-discovery.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome for this peaceful and transformative experience.

Bring your yoga mat, a bolster and yoga blanket.  If you don't have either we do have some for borrow and also sell them at the studio if you would like your own.  If you'd like to improvise bring a small throw blanket from home and two throw pillows.

We look forward to welcoming you all!
