Barre is a full body workout that focuses on small, isolated, highly repetitive movements designed to target and work each muscle group to fatigue, making it one of the most effective workouts at reshaping, lengthening and toning the muscles of the body.. Our classes utilize light and heavier weights and a variety of props to keep the class fresh and exciting.
BarreCoast offers 50-minute and hour-long barre classes designed for all levels, ages and genders. Although the exercises are naturally challenging, our instructors provide guidance and modifications to meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. -
The barre class you love with added cardio bursts! In this class you'll find the classic barre burn through isolated movements with the *option* to kick it up a notch through bursts of cardio.

Strengthen your mind and body in our beautiful yoga space. We offer a variety of non heated, slow flow and hot power vinyasa classes. We are the only yoga studio in the area to offer an infrared heating system which, along with added heat and steam, make our hot yoga classes extra toasty. Our seasoned instructors are here to welcome and guide you no matter what your level.

Our boing fitness classes are hybrid in nature. You will migrate between boxing and floor work; utilizing weights, kettlebells, bands, battle ropes, medecine balls, resistance bands and more. During class, you will experience the thrill of punching the water bag, mastering various boxing techniques and sweating through a fast- paced mixed cardio class. Our trained instructors will make sure you attack the class with proper breathing technique and body alignment.
Not only does boxing provide a great workout, it also helps improve focus, reflexes, self- defense skills and self-confidence. You will leave class feeling empowered, strong and confident. -
A bootcamp style class that utilizes our array of BoxCoast equipment including free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX straps, decks, medicine balls, battle ropes and so much more!
This circuit training will have you dripping in sweat. Bring sneakers, water, and a towel.

Item descriptionLIFT focuses on foundational strength and functional movement. LIFT will focus on a tailored progressive overload plan that yields real results by allowing for small, intentional changes in volume, load, and intensity.
Following a monthly format - Sunday and Wednesday morning alternates lower body then upper body. When Wednesday month is lower, Sunday will be upper and vice versa. One month of same format, scaling sets reps and weights each week. Wednesday evening is a full body lift class.
This consistency gives your muscles the opportunity to adapt and respond, which is key for achieving lasting results.

TRX Suspension Training was invented by a Navy SEAL and solely relies on bodyweight training to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
TRX is offered as a standalone class, and also layered into our sweat and boxing classes.
TRX Suspension Training allows your body to work into, and build up to, each exercise. Whether you are working through an injury or gaining strength, each TRX class offers modifications. -

The highlight of this class is the serene sound bath with crystal sound bowls. The sound bath is a truly transcendent experience, leaving you rejuvenated and balanced.

Pilates is a strength and flexibility workout. It places a heavy emphasis on breath work and creating a mind-body connection.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength ,and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. The core consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, lower back and hips is often called the powerhouse and is thought to be the key to a person's stability. Every level is welcome and modifications are prompted where needed to accommodate everybody's needs. -

Students & Student Athletes are always welcome at BarreCoast. Students join us for an extra reduced rate of $5 for our public yoga classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15
Students always receive a VIP price of $15 for all other classes on the schedule.
