    FOAM ROLLING WORKSHOP

    Sunday, January 26th
    1 - 2:30 pm
    Amanda Chadwick

In this workshop Amanda will review Self Myofascial Release or SMR - a technique using sustained pressure to specific body locations. The goal to release tension in restricted areas of connective tissue.

SMR allows areas to smooth out and return back to their original position for ease of movement, better performance, flexibility and recovery from daily and physical activity.

In this workshop we will be addressing the most over utilized muscles groups within the body. Using the technique of SMR to reduce pain and tension while encouraging our bodies innate ability to heal and restore mobility.

You will need a foam roller for this workshop. Stop by the studio or contact us to reserve if you would like to purchase one through us for $20.

We look forward to rolling together!
